DESCRIPTION:In March 2021\, the Government of Colombia approved an innovative solution for the crisis of Venezuelan migrants and refugees: the Temporary Statute of Protection. Previously\, he served as Deputy Minister of Transportation and Energy\, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance\, and Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Economic Development\, Trade and Entrepreneurship. Etjen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Schiller International University and a Mid-Career Master’s in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School.
