Margarita Isaacs

Margarita Isaacs, a Master in Public Administration in International Development candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, joined the Growth Lab as a student research assistant in the fall of 2024.
Originally from Colombia, she holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá. Margarita has over five years of experience in quantitative economic analysis and policy research, with a focus on human capital, labor markets, and economic development. She has worked at institutions like the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, contributing to reports and projects that address key global challenges, including the impact of COVID-19 on human capital and the evaluation of educational interventions.
