Adelaida Boada
Adelaida Boada Robayo is a first-year MPA/ID student at the Harvard Kennedy School from Colombia. Prior to attending HKS, she worked at the Secretariat of Economic Development of Bogota, where she contributed to the implementation and monitoring of a results-based employment program aimed at promoting formal job placement for vulnerable populations.
She also served as a research assistant at Universidad de los Andes, where she assessed the challenges faced by health systems in contexts of high migration and displacement. Adelaida is passionate about advancing social protection and education systems in developing countries through data-driven policy. She holds a Master’s in Economics, as well as a joint BSc in Economics and a BA in Government and Public Affairs from Universidad de los Andes.
Robert Clarke
Robert Clarke is a first-year MPP student at the Harvard Kennedy School from Australia. Prior to attending HKS, Robert worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on advising Governments, Corporates, and Investors on infrastructure projects and resource development. He is interested in creating attractive market conditions to encourage private-led development. Robert received his B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Sydney in 2020 and his LLB in 2022.
Adin Becker
Adin Becker is a second-year MPA/MUP candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Before attending Harvard, he worked as an urban planner and climate advocate in Oregon, and later completed a Watson Fellowship exploring minority rights and sustainable development across sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
His recent work spans infrastructure and economic development planning in India and territorial governance research at Harvard. At HKS, he works with the Building State Capability program. His current research focuses on economic diversification, spatial justice, and the political economy of sustainable infrastructure. Adin holds a B.A. in Politics and Middle Eastern Studies from Pomona College.
Maggie Jia
Maggie is a first year MPP student at Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating in business government policy.
Before coming to HKS, Maggie interned at APCO Worldwide, helping NGO and private sector clients on geopolitical risk analysis and the New York State Assembly on advocacy campaigns. Maggie graduated from New York University with a double major in International Relations and Media Studies. Maggie is interested in economic development and the intersection of tech & media policy.
